    FOH Shower Thoughts

On your average day, I'm never more cautious than when I am showering and put one soapy foot down to stand on, so I can wash the other foot

I dig it. You could make some of those vent holes false holes to control air flow, and maybe make a design

I've been drawing up this enclosure panel. I like the no hardware design aspect. Might look good in a PC case, with refined lines of course

I think it would look awesome with the i/o on bottom. Like a riser shelf for the wires to bend. But I guess that's how the new oxbox is.. Then the top side isn't a fan either

I agree, I used .4 mm lines for these fins, all printed easy. Could use directional flow. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5232488

DIY on Fusion 360: Extrude a .375 hole 5 inches, create wrap with 'coil' 30 revolutions, size appropriately. I used square profile for better printing but now I'm curious if circle works

Envious* Anyways , this is an idea I had. Not sure if I love it yet. So far it's nice.. THIS simple print took under 2 hrs in TPU at .1mm layer height, 220deg 55 bed 25mm speed. 25%infill It made about a 7 inch cable wrap. It's a 50% scale (2.5in tall) of another one that took 15hrs, also...

Is Carbon Fiber the common name for the nylon carbon blend? I'll let you know how it is. Maybe start with nuckles dusters? Haha This TPU cord wrap at 20mm and .1mm thickness looks good enough I think other than the shitty clean up

Carbon Nylon is why I got into printing, yesterday. Haven't got the metal hot end/ extruder installed, printing the shroud in PLA now. The Carbon is in the mail. But TPU has caught my interest too now that I have a printer

I did, I fixed a saggy belt mid print and had to restart. Haven't printed much TPU, but thinking of using it in tension here (in red) for an enclosure clip.

I saw a vid comparing that and didn't like the smaller nozzle or flow on the rat rig. The voron prints faster (from what i gathered) and I'm a up for the task of putting one together. 600 is huge and awesome. But I think the next step for me would be a 80"-120" on a rotary table custom build...

First prototype shows promise. The baffling for flow directing works extremely well. I was astonished. The air shot out in a beam not quite at 45deg but 40 probably. Much success. Have to add chamfuer for the screw heads to fit perfect and figure out acces for screws, maybe a clipping system...

It has a front vent, 3x140mm back and top, and a front 120mm case fan. Also top is a mesh. Also it sits on cold concrete in a cold basement. Also considered upgrading and selling this, MicroCenters PowerSpec look cool, not a bunch of RGB
