If a stock 3090 is 1400ish id be ok with that, but if its anything over i wont even bother. 3080 would need to benchmark no less than 30% more than a 2080TI to consider as well.

Wasnt 2080ti MSRP like $999 yet it sold from $1200-1900? 3090 rumored to start at $1400 which would bring prices to like 1600-2300? Yep need to see what AMD brings to the table - should only be a couple months if theyre coming out before consoles.

SLI is dead - not truly but its dead. The gains from SLI are just not worth it really so i dont know many people who even bother anymore. PCIE 3 is a limiting factor on storage and with the 3k nvidia series it will limit a bit on the "potential"
