In those cases you basically bait them around a corner, stun as soon as you see them, then sword down since you're already in melee range.

I wouldn't suggest trying them more than 20 levels under recommended. I've had success running a combo of scout, smg, sword to cover overload/anti-barrier and boss dps. Sub a hand cannon for the scout if you need unstoppable instead.

I think Cloudstrike took me somewhere around ten, I ran the 1220 version just for a chance at cores. Hunter exotic mask took me 9 runs, arms for both hunter and warlock took 3.

It's a quest you can solo in under two hours if you don't mind using an out of bounds glitch.

I turned in 10,000 weapon parts and got some good rolls on seraph weapons I undervalued during their season. The 180 hand cannon with timed payload is surprisingly good in PVE. Also got an auto loading FILO that I wanna pair with a reconstruction raid shotty for Taniks.

Of course I did. D1 nightfalls were horrendous, find a hiding spot and soak bullets into a boss sponge for 10 minutes. Usually after a slog through all the trash enemies where you stayed back with Icebreaker.

One stack of rampage can 3-tap. I'd personally prefer Reconstruction in the third column over Rapid Hit, it could push the magazine up to 26-27. As a 180 you don't need extra stability and the automatic reloading from reserves makes faster reload from Rapid Hit unnecessary.

Yes they are mechanic heavy but Atraks and the final boss both had hard DPS checks under contest. Lots of teams only finished the final fight by relying on double specials with ammo finishers. Teams are beating it WAY easier today without contest limits.

Casual group got stuck at the same place, contest DPS checks were something else. Seems like it's probably one of the best raids Destiny has ever had though, watching the rest. I think it'll be pretty easy with contest removed.

I ran Thorn on my Warlock with the new poison exotic arms and it's legitimately insane. Accidentally got the 100k score on a 1220 nightfall with random teammates. Just clears everything and keeps going.
