I've watched it all, it's not terrible, not great. Some bits are good, some are post-s8 The Office-tier. It's like they're trying too hard not being The Office, while keeping at it.

Watched it and it is definitely a story I didn't enjoy. Actors are okay but it feels like they built a story over characters rather than building characters out of story. Mainland is new FarWest, it's not a poetic stroll about going terms with mankind until it's not? I'm not into huge zombie...
It's not great but I somewhat enjoyed it, mostly for Eric Bana. If they'd cast some random dude for the role there's absolutely no way I'd watch that after episode 1.
This show has overstayed its welcome so much unless John Bernthal is doing an acting classes in a flashback I just can't manage to give a fuck about anything going on.
Their whole risk / reward PvP philosophy is so out of touch you'd call them "nongamers" and be cool with it. But game design wise, there's nothing worse than forcing people into going full swarm mode over that one ressource being arbitrary mandatory for anything.
