Use of some zones is terrible, definitely agree on that. Labyrinthos being prime example from EW. The forced splitting up of the zone, and so much useless area in it.

I always level Bard first, then mix of crafters/gatherers and a tank for hunts. After that usually one of each "role" for whatever new quest content the expansions have for that (at least ShB and EW have had this). Being able to just level one of SMN/SCH while getting both helps shorten this.

Getting a little hyped, there's no better time on XIV than when X.0 expansion drops and you have all that MSQ to play through.

I remember hearing somewhat recently that Shadowbringers 5.0 cutscenes totaled 15 hours and change, while EW 6.0's were 23 hours and change. Granted, that's just cutscenes, not normal questing, combat, dungeons, etc...but that's a significant jump.

Curious if we'll hear the length of 7.0, especially in comparison to what 6.0 was. Obviously we will get a launch trailer in a couple of weeks, too.

I think the raw number leaguewide is something like 33% success rate in shootouts/penalty shots. Definitely big swings for certain goalies/shooters, though. It is definitely a thing to have a couple guys on your team who are shootout specialists for the extra potential points during the season.

Definitely seems like there won't be a pure turn based FF for awhile, although I'd push back on the idea on not having tactical choices anymore.

They're just never consistent when the goalie is actually in the blue paint but the player is outside of it, and there is stick contact that moves the goalie at all...especially when the D man is at least in part or fully causing contact to occur.

My only issue with this is his stick getting tied up by Dallas player and it causing him to not be able to make as much of a play as he normally would.

The craziest one I saw was that not only is the fastest (least games) player to hit 1,000 points, he's also the 2nd fastest...as he put up points 1,001-2,000 faster than anyone else put up their first 1,000. Oh...and he's the only one to ever even hit 2,000 points. Although in another 2 years...

Probably will slow development a little bit, but not going to bitch if I can get solid PC versions going forward.
