I think there might not be enough escape portals in the solo map. I'm seeing an average of 3-4 pop up each round. That's really low.

Almost went undefeated at my local blitz armory with Emperor yesterday. I accidentally mistook the number 5 for a 6 and went in with my whole hand on a Striders turn and my opponent lived by 1, causing me to lose all tempo. Whoops lol. The deck is really good, though.

I had two PQs last weekend. The first one, I went 2-3-1 which was awful. That night I sat myself down at the kitchen table and went over all the fundamentals of Flesh and Blood again. The next day, I went 3-2, just barely losing my "win and in" to bubble at 9th. I'm hoping to do better this weekend!

@Hateyou @Phazael I don't think the endgame elemental bonuses are "busted," I think they were outright removed. The info screens for armor and jewelry don't have any place for damage bonuses, only resistances. It's very bizarre that this choice was made, sort of like how it's also very bizarre...

You like Ninjas? I think they're even worse than Zerkers. They removed avoidance from Reborn so the Ninja is just made of paper on turns where Steelstance doesn't trigger and gets gunned down by enemies quickly.

Rogue is still in the game. You can recruit a familiar that has the class or you are able to (allegedly) obtain the classmark in a shop later in the game.

Gaffgarion fight can be a big chokepoint as well because even though you have other units on the map, none of them can reach Ramza and Gaffgarion. I don't think there's a save right before that battle, though.

Yeah I don't see Spirit staying at a high price, but I do think it's a very good card and a properly played Boltyn is a real deck in CC (albeit with several bad matchups).

I'm only a handful of battles into Tactics Ogre Reborn and it is just mind-blowing how much better this game is than FFT in both story and gameplay. I don't know how much was changed from the original Ogre but I can hardly believe that FFT came after this game because FFT just does everything worse.

I wouldn't say that, Prism has the tools to beat pretty much any deck in blitz. She can even race Fai with heralds, that's how crazy she is.

Yeah I find voice communication is pretty necessary for CC classes. That or you need to type really fast and hope people are paying attention.

Brigs will definitely be able to solo better, but Marshals aren't bad at it.
