My Xbox is plugged in on my audio receiver which is then plugged to the TV. No game mode or anything special enabled on my TV. Have my set-top box plugged on the HDMI in of the console, but the thing is always in sleep mode, never watch TV. Physical copy of the game in my case.

Finished my Syndicate play-through yesterday, so started this today. Only got to the first base camp, but holy shit is the game beautiful. First tomb was nice, with the escape sequence keeping me on edge. Thanks for the recommendation guys. Oh, and I didn't notice any weird input lag...

They didn't land a pod and lugged it around. They used Lash pod to escape, since it was theirs anyway.

Looking at the scene again, you clearly see the pod taking off from the outside area with all the tents, nowhere near the tower with the portal. So yeah, they kinda got there magically, but the location of the pod not fucking confusing if you pay fucking attention.
