yea that should work. you fight the rock monster, then the twin golems, then the scorpion. then in the room after the scorpion there should be a big statue you click on to get your third ascendancy.

hmm you could tame a VERY low tier beast for a haste aura. but...there may be a way to itemize it easier than that. beasts consume a % of your spirit and even the small ones are like...15-20 percent if i recall.
