As a Titan, I'm not sure what to use for my exotic weapon. I have the gloves that increase heavy ammo drops and reload speed of special weapons, and a gjallahorn. I also have the revive faster + faster auto rifle reload and a near maxed out suros. I'd use a legendary auto rifle but the only ones...

When you set up a wireless network manually, there is an option to set the MTU (can only be done when setting up a new connection). Its set normally to 1500 but if you change it to 1473, that seems to be a major workaround for being blocked.

Did you try changing the MTU to 1473 in network settings?
