That's a very nice build, pretty much identical to what I've been running since soon after launch for soloing. Easy enough to solo all of transylvania with it with maybe minor changes depending on the mobs you're fighting.

In my opinion Transylvania is better than Egypt but worse than Solomon's Island in terms of immersion/lore/story/environment. I really liked some of the characters in Transylvania whereas none of the ones in Egypt were very interesting. I liked the whole Callisto/Mara/Vlad background stories.

Solomon Island is definitely the most well crafted area in terms of lore, storylines etc.

Operative/Scoundrel healers are strong but like most classes they have their weakness. If you make sure you don't let them cast Underworld Medicine it badly affects them. Most people don't use their lockout abilities and so when they complain about not being able to kill healers I just laugh.
