Chickpea flour fries pretty well, but it's a tad grainy, kinda like cornmeal. Rice flour is great for frying and may work on smaller pieces better. I've always wanted to cut up a cornish game hen and fry it like chicken.

I grilled beef kabobs and we had fresh corn on the cob and cucumbers and onions. Tasty. No on the cabbage roll recipe, but I do like them, and have had them a couple different ways. No on the gluten free mac and cheese and may God have mercy upon you.

If you like Velveeta (I do too), you might really like Provel. It's also made by Kraft, but for some reason, I've only ever seen it in St. Louis. As the name might suggest, it's a provolone Velveeta that pizza places here use. It's horrible on pizza, but on a sandwich it's pretty good.
