    They are billions

It's sad he makes it look so easy because I have been increasing in skill pretty well in my 30 hours of play, but I still don't see myself beating brutal even if I dropped 300 hours in. Ballistas are life especially as you start increasing difficulty since it's usually the only way to protect...

    The Fighting Game Community Thread

I remembered why I stopped playing MvC and similar series. Getting stuck in infinite combo is anti fun. DBFZ looks dope as hell though.

    They are billions

I won my first game on challenging wooo. 4.5 hours long. You don't really need to spam rangers at all. The original 4 will suffice to scout/clear and eventually kite swarms in front of ballista while you make around 20-25 snipers to just roam and clear the map and build economy. And it should...

    They are billions

You don't really need to full wall until the last couple of waves. I basically put up a little scratching post in front of ballistas and usually micro to kite large swarms with a couple of rangers. Spend your resources on economy and constantly expand.

    Monster Hunter: World

This game not being on PC until forever just cost me a lot of money =O Ended up buying a high end OLED to go with XBox1X and my preorder. Gonna nerd it up so hard next weekend.

    Monster Hunter: World

Imagine it as a 1-4 player MMO where you basically get to fight bosses all the time. This game will also have a lot more quality of life additions compared to previous iterations which will be extremely nice. I pre-ordered to arrive with a new xbox one x. Was going to wait for PC, but with no...

    They are billions

I usually refuse to buy pre-release, but needed something to play before MH:World comes out. I finally won a round on accessible difficulty after 12 tries after losing at the end wave 2 times prior and I think it's because I had 2 doom towns that ramped up my resources early otherwise I would...

Return of Reckoning - Warhammer Online Private Server

I installed out of nostalgia. Got to L15 and called it quits. Didn't age well for me and without the dedicated group of people I played with prior it's hard to justify grinding it up again. It is practically perfect though from what I came across. Not a single bug or crash the entire time. If...

Everquest - Agnarr Server: Sunset Mode

I haven't played since before Kunark dropped on Agnarr but decided to check my accounts after reading about all the bans. A box account I bought like 2 years ago on Phinigel, a fresh account made when Agnarr opened and a 9 year old account I haven't played since TBM launched got banned. Only...

    Divinity: Original Sin 2

I am starting to get burn out, but am close to finishing so I guess it's good I was so thorough in my main play. My coop game with the gf is probably going to die unless we go explorer and can just blast through most of it since she doesn't care that much about side quests. Still in my top 3...

    Divinity: Original Sin 2

No. Main stat + level are the only things, but you can get wands with stats/+skills that will help increase damage.

    Divinity: Original Sin 2

Warfare is multiplicative and the weapon skills are additive. Don't know why, but that's what they did. Finished Act 2. Game still good aside from the ridiculous item inflation.

    Divinity: Original Sin 2

Vitality heals are pretty useless. If you're going to "heal" do so with PA/MA buffs since it blocks CC and is basically effective HP. CC and/or big burst is king for almost all builds so setting yourself up with the ability to dictate where the NPCs are is huge. If you're running 4 players all...

    Divinity: Original Sin 2

Swap to bone spider spiders they scale waaaay better. My incarnates at L15 were like 1kPA/1kMA/3kHP and hit for like 300 fully buffed when the spider comes out it's already like 1kPA/8kHP and hits for 700+ and needs no buffs. I'm over 40 hours in and just started to crack through a bit over...

    Monster Hunter: World

I don't ever see ads and when it launched I was out of the country traveling for a bit so it never was a blip on my radar. Looks pretty though. =O
  19. Chimney

    Divinity: Original Sin 2

Yeah but it's temporary (2 turns I think) and cost source points. I basically have to waste an entire round summon + buffing which is no bueno. The spider I swapped to has 2-3 times the stats of my buffed incarnates and requires nothing since it scales off of my summoning stat/levels as well...

    Divinity: Original Sin 2

Ok is anyone else above L15 yet? The gear stats are starting to get super high. I'm over 2k pa/ma and like 4k hp. I swapped my incarnates for bone spider and they are doing much better damage (like 2-3x as much) and have like triple the mitigation. If they keep scaling well I think I'm going to...

    Monster Hunter: World

I've never even heard of Horizon Zero Dawn so I'll take your word on that, but I'm pretty bored of Uncharted/Tomb Raider/Infamous/GTA etc style games. I did enjoy The Last of Us but if I never played it I don't feel like I would have missed out on anything. Until Sony/Microsoft/Nintendo allow...

    Monster Hunter: World

Seriously. I got rid of my consoles ever since I started using steam link for when I want to get my couch gaming time in. I'm hoping DOS2 tides me until Destiny 2 gets PC launch which then tides me until this releases on PC.

    Divinity: Original Sin 2

The summons are starting to drop off pretty hard for me at L14 in Act 2 tact. I have them maxed out a 20 skill points and they are basically there to soak damage for a round while I gather up all the NPCs to reactive armor bomb on both my characters. Might respec both of my characters out of...

    Divinity: Original Sin 2

It will be if you don't read. All of the those options come with a tool tip that states pretty well exactly what they do. The only thing it negates to tell you is the boosts you get or do not get based on the difficulty, but that is remedied once in game as you'll see via tool tip the perks...

    Divinity: Original Sin 2

Yeah RA is dumb damage and shields are entirely too good with their passive and bouncing shield skill. It's crazy how high they are scaling and I'm only L13. I'm basically unkillable with almost 300PA/300MA/1800 HP or so on both characters thanks to lone wolf. Running double summoner with...

    Divinity: Original Sin 2

@yerm Correct on barter. Most fights are doable regardless of class comp even on tactician difficulty they just require a bit more creativity and 3 mages leaves a lot of room to be creative. -- Fortunately I've not had any issues with quests or various bugs (aside from keybind resets) I've...

    Divinity: Original Sin 2

@turbo There is a quest you can complete to have the collars removed before you leave the island. -- There is so much stuff to explore on the island. I've got like 18 hours in between my main play through and one with the gf and still haven't done or found all of the things.

    Divinity: Original Sin 2

It depends. If you're prone to using the snarky answers even just to see what happens you're going to get a lot of flak and/or fights. You can always cycle through your team of characters to talk to NPCs if you hit a point where they stop talking to you as they each have a fresh attitude...

    Divinity: Original Sin 2

You don't need to kill the slugs and if you have pet pal talent they are part of a story. I think right now my two lone wolf conj sit at around 90/70 & 80/70 or so phys/magic armor from just blowing up random mobs from side quests and destroying magisters and taking their loot and finding random...

    Divinity: Original Sin 2

Played until 3AM. I made a custom elf conj and snagged ifan and turned him into a conj and gave both the lone wolf talent. Rushed to get the L10 incarnate summon and have pretty much had my way with everything on the island so far without any issue including killing half of the fort joy...

RIPed at 64 to traps because I'm good at this game. I should have attempted a less gear reliant build to farm first, but I enjoyed this play through a ton and will probably stick to SSFHC here on out to keep me from mindlessly rushing through.

Yeah taking minute(s) to kill rares/bosses because my main skill DPS is low as fuck due to having very little currency and no luck with the RNG gods. Plus playing hardcore I have to be super safe and the longer it takes to kill something that can one shot me if I fuck up.
