I think a 'ward slot' goes a long way towards teaching people to ward. Handicapping the amount of wards out on the map (beyond a certain point) won't affect the majority of games at all, because it is a rare average-ELO game where there's ward control or ward fights or any of that. From the way the dev was talking about wards for s4, it really sounded like a ward slot was in the cards. Obviously reading into it a bit but that was what jumped to my mind anyway.

I'm gonna pick that up for me and then gift it to a few other people around the holidays and make them play with the wife and I. Last one was so much fun. I just got Rogue Legacy and played it for a while last night. I can see this game becoming a problem for free time in my future.

The thing that keeps me from playing Dominion is that the points are effectively all or nothing. I would much rather the enemy team just loses nexus health for each point you have and yours loses health for each one they have. Iceborn vs. Trinity is more of a tough decision now. I would still do Iceborn against any team with 2 ADs (ADC + jungler or bruiser or whatever). Trinity is not terrible on him now though.

It's a definite buff to AD Yi compared to before, yea. He's probably as good a pub stomper as ever but he basically fills the same slot as Trynd/Aatrox and is less reliable at it, so I wouldn't expect to see him that much once people just start picking CC champs all over the place again...

The new Yi is better at being AD Yi than the previous one, but AP Yi is gone obviously. Good riddance I say, but I do really like the new Yi, I don't think he's as good as Tryndamere for the 1v1 split push all day role, but he can output a ton of damage in teamfights depending on team comp.

I actually haven't had any connection issues playing with my brother online since the multiplayer patch was released a little before BNW came out. Had some random disconnects before that but nothing nearly that bad.

I dunno if you just only watch certain pros, but the majority of them solo Q it up when they smurf, even starting out. Certain ones duo Q but they're usually the ones that duo Q on their mains as well.
