This is one game I have never tried but know several people who play. Straight up PvE game? Easy to pick up or catch up and play? Odd you posted this and a couple of weeks ago someone mentioned this to me while I was complaining about no MMO really to play right now.

I agree. There's so much you can say about EK that ultimately does not impact the core gameplay. I just hope they make the EK's really flexible and to where people can be creative as they were with EQ2 housing. Landmark is the extreme and I just couldn't get into but I can play EQ2 housing...

Agreed but the team mentioned that EQ2 was built differently and it wouldn't be possible. Here's hoping someone gets the code to this game and can spin up a Emu. EQ2 progression stoping at Kunark with the Abilities/Hotbars address would make for a heck of a good time.

I logged on EQ today for the heck on it just to check out some zones and if you want to see too much brown, go to the new Freeport. What in the world were those guys thinking when they rebuilt that zone(s). It looks horrible and it is literally one color.
