The manticore pack was looking good until the character effect. It looks too obtrusive, almost like another aura. I wasn't a huge fan of Harbinger cake frosting character effect either.

The degen on berserker seems a bit harsh. Up to 20%/s is pretty much your regular leech cap. I hate playing with blood rage without some life regen to counter it at all times, that's going to really annoying.

Sure, but you have to get pretty close for barrage to be effective too. That, and pending any 3.2 changes, slayer is the best archer class anyway.
