most lifer officers retire as 0-5s. the jump from 0-6 to 0-7 is a big one. too lazy to find a chart but there's something like 5 percent as many 0-7s as there are 0-6s.
Man of Steel was fine. Better than most of the other DCU movies. The biggest disappointment of his though was Sucker Punch and it's not close. The trailer for that movie was amazing and the movie is just not.
I mean whatever players' perception of particular cities is what it is. It doesn't necessarily have to jive with statistical reality if the players tend to feel a certain way about it in their little bubble.
I haven't watched any of those clips but my understanding was that he was going to stop after Messiah because he just wanted to finish Paul's story? Children of Dune could maybe work as well, but God Emperor and the stuff after might be tough.
If you people don't think Lebron would have been a monster in the 80s or 90s then you're just dumb. He's a fucking clown but 90s hoops isn't just murderball like everyone pretends it was. For every time someone gets clobbered under the basket there's like 5 free buckets because the big got...
I mean I think it would be pretty wild, but it's certainly not inconceivable. Actual funny would be having both Bama and Georgia and leaving Texas out.
there were definitely fights in Naxx that took a lot of attempts, but yeah. Vanilla also didn't have multiple raid difficulties and these dudes are pushing through the last couple of bosses with less gear than would be normal. Going back to say MoP the back half of SoO was all like that...
Ragnarok is indeed awesome. I also really liked JoJo Rabbit. I know people liked his Mandalorion shit but I didn't care for it and basically everything since that he's done has been pretty much trash.
Thor 2 wasn't particularly good but it's not as aggressively annoying as Captain Marvel was. None of this shit including WW1984 is anywhere near as bad as Catwoman.
Health is always a concern with the super tall thin dudes for sure. He's amazing to watch already, wait till he's more developed especially on offense.
Yeah, I wouldn't really care if they used one of the other heralds. Although to be honest I don't really give a shit about the movie to begin with and will likely either watch it later or not at all depending on how people seem to take it.
I'm sure I've said this in one of these stupid star wars threads at some point. I don't think 7 is particularly great or anything, but people would feel very differently about it if 8 and 9 weren't so egregiously shit.
I mean he might not be as bad as some people say, but that's A LOT of stuff to give up for him. Although if they had a different QB maybe they'd be out of the Williams sweepstakes.
I'm not sure the trade makes their offense as much better as it made their defense worse and they had to give up additional assets and pick up extra payroll to do it.
I mean they were 1-11 last season. If they end up with 7-8 wins and get a half decent bowl game that's already an amazing 1 season turnaround and more than basically anyone would have suspected coming into this season.
It really does. I know he's more known for EDH, but I will always remember him from back when I was playing PTs. He was a good dude and very formative to the direction of competitive Magic.
