Yep, Blood Dragon is completely and 100% separate. You don't even have to own FC3 to play it and it's totally its own experience. You should play it as soon as you can if you haven't, it is amazing as fuck. Now unlike Tomb Raider, if they released that on the PS4, I'd rebuy it immediately.
