I don't know, I've never exploited Hornet or any other Challenge mission and have 700 PC banked with every slot HE gear, almost always in PUGs. My only issue has been DZ level as I'm just lvl 41 as I'm almost always solo. Almost all of this is just doing the dailies and running an extra...

As far as challenge missions, Hornet is the only boss that will drop HE weapons whereas Finch is HE body armor. Just depends on what you are looking for. I want a HE M1 so Russian consulate spam it is.

Finally randomed into a good DZ group, amazing how much of a difference it makes. Think I covered levels 38 and 39 in just the small amount of time I was grouped. That was offset by an obvious hacker one shotting everybody regardless of weapon who also seemed invulnerable. Pretty fucking...

Just did Russian consulate with a group, 1 of which was rocking the MP-5 from the DZ. Holy fuck that thing is sick, guy just ran up to Hornet and mowed him down. Quickest Consulate runs I've ever been a part of, maybe 20 mins max.
