    Whats rustling your jimmies?

A man's car is a sacred and holy thing and should never be fucked with.... ....unless that piece of trash parks in 2 spots for no reason other than thinking his piece of shit - in this case, Hummar, lol - is special and needs extra attention, love, and protection. Key that motherfucker and...

    Funny, Strange, Random Pics

This is all a bit of a gross over-generalization. It depends on Manufacturer, dealer, location, competition, model, and time of month/year. If the cars I buy/lease for personal and work were purchased at MSRP, the dealer would be making $8,000-$15,000 on each sale, not $400. Even when I buy...

    Funny, Strange, Random Pics

Depends on the dealer and the cars you're going for. Either way, being educated and not spending more than you want will be worth it long term.

    Funny, Strange, Random Pics

Find out the invoice price of the car you want, then go in saying what you'll pay. I've done that the last 4 times and got the cars for what I wanted (between 8% and 12% off MSRP, which is right around invoice +/- dealer hold-back). One was a car on the lot, the other 3 were orders. So, the...

    What vehicle do you drive?

Didn't know that about the 7; interesting what designers and engineers come up with. However, if the RS6 Avant was available in the states, I'd want that more than the RS7 Madruk: awesome find. Love old Z's and what people come up with. Matter of fact, last week on the 91 headed each out of...

    What vehicle do you drive?

To be perfectly honest, I wanted an RS7 more than I wanted the new M6 GC. But, the Beemer ended up being quite a bit cheaper; Audi rates are pretty poor.

    What vehicle do you drive?

No, come on man. What I'm saying is: the BMW brand is what sells for the entry and mid level cars, not the quality of the cars themselves. A 328i is a fucking expensive car compared to a V6 Honda Accord and not better. The brand has been diluted with mass-market crap and until you get into the...

    What vehicle do you drive?

Ain't that the truth. Mitsubishi is basically done making cars, so no more Evo. Supra is long since dead (though I see one every 6 months or so on the road) and even the STi - while looking different - has had the same drive train since 2004 (in America). The BRZ/FRS looks the part and is...

    What vehicle do you drive?

From a performance and dynamics standpoint, you are correct; Honda and Toyota don't make a RWD or sporty car like BMW does. However, mostof the people who buy a low end BMW are only buying it for the badge and now the fact that it's RWD. With that in mind, the Japanese do a better job of making...

    What vehicle do you drive?

Don't be jealous bro. I would rather have a Z06 again (had a C5 and C6) but I don't have the room for a DD and a sports car, so I had to compromise. I'm kind of hoping my wife likes the M6 better than the M5 and wants to keep it for herself so I can have a toy again. It'll be Riviera Blue...

    What vehicle do you drive?

Low and mid level BMWs are crap for value; like, mega crap. The prices for what you get are bat-shit insane. Toyota and Honda make better cars than the 1,2,3,4 series. However, once you get into the high end 5, 6, and /M cars, they are better value than the other options from Europe. If you...

    MTG thread

Seems to be a lot of people who do drafts for profit rather than fun. Don't you think that's kind of backwards? Why would you possibly expect to always come out ahead and then get mad when you don't? Just have fun, bros.

Both times I was backed into (or so it seems) and the doors were pushed in pretty bad. The outer part of the door along with the hardware was replaced. Each was about $1,400 per door, but my deductible was $500 per incident. So, I was out of pocket a grand, instead of almost 3.

Bring car in to get oil topped off (it burns oil with 20,000 miles, go figure. At least it's free). Walk around while waiting. Salesman "oh, you want to buy a new car?" Won't leave me alone. Actually order new car. Assholes.

I know all of those things. It's my job to save people money on taxes, create a retirement, and leave a legacy to family. I think your numbers may be off, however. $90k/yr is the 35% bracket here, not 17% (of course, states matter, so perhaps for you it's 17%, but it would still be 28% federal)...

    First World Problems

You think taxes will be lower when we're older? They are at historically low levels now and can only go up. When it's time to retire you don't have kids as a write-off and a lot of people don't have home payments to write-off like they used to; overall tax bracket is equal or higher in many...

    First World Problems

Despite what America "knows" or has been taught, tax-deferred investments aren't a great idea. They benefit the gov't, not the retiree. If you can get a match in something, contribute up to that match, but otherwise, pay taxes now and put it into something that'll be tax-free when you access...

    First World Problems

Not quite. I have a sensible, fuel efficient daily driver that I want to be cheap and economical and I have a fun car with crazy power and crap MPG (achieved 8mpg one day in the canyons) with many more of both kinds going into the future. I don't dislike the idea of full electric cars. But, I...

    First World Problems

Could be, but over all it's a cheaper proposition if you're going to turn over your cars more frequently. I'd love for electric, hydrogen, and hybrid cars to get more efficient and cost effective (diesel too). That way, I could get access to petrol at a more reasonable price, for longer, for...

Equus starts at about $61,000 On the car related things; my stupid car thinks that when I turn on the defroster, it needs to be on FULL FUCKING BLAST, even though I have the fans at 2 out of 10. Luckily only needed about 2-3 times a year.

    Darkest Dungeon

If you find a Hellion with the double stun, get her. Auto-hit, stuns 2 targets for a round. Big help early on. And while we're on the subject of Hellions; I also got one that hits 3 targets at a time, fairly hard. Ran both in a group together along with a Vestal who had AoE heal; did pretty well.
