Leveling is done fastest by grinding (In RU I've been skipping all quests except the Black Spirit quests which are the tutorials for the different game mechanics), so you don't have to do any quests while leveling, but quests do grant something called "contribution points" and while I don't know...

Some super annoying British woman streamer (her name is wolfie or something like that) was too inept to figure out how to use the launcher to get into the game, so me and a bunch of my AA/BD friends raided her stream to tell her that she had to switch the region on the launcher. It was sad.

I dunno who you were talking to. All of the Savage firsts were done with a DRK because they're just objectively better than PLDs for current content, and they can actually DPS unlike PLDs.
