The use of obscure items and gear setups here is going to be the really nerdy interesting part. There's so many items in Classic that have weird or limited uses that could be completely clutch in these duels. Tons of them even Soda and other major wow streamers have never heard of.

Arguably the even bigger problem is that all of Blizzard expansions turns the previous locations into deadzones. So your massive world of a game becomes just the dozen zones of the expansion. This is even worse than the gear resets.

They would also need to break from their design strategy a lot. The expansion of Classic+ needs to not invalidate everything that came before it.

I think Cheese Curds are only really awesome when they are squeaky fresh. Anything else they are lackluster but still edible.

Blizzard should remove Petrification potions from Hardcore. The meta around them makes them super fake and gay. Or just increase the ghetto hearth timer to like 30 minutes to prevent the abuse of them. Unless you poopsock so hard that you run around with 30 petri potions at all times and sit there.

Turtle Wow devs are definitely major Alliance dicksuckers. Alliance custom quests are much better and more efficient, and Alliance can generally do all of the cool horde questlines.
