Seems like a legitimate worry. I'm not going to fuck with the meme stocks anymore at this point. It feels like taking a bunch of money to Vegas but the casinos might change the rules while you're gambling.

I dunno. I've been thinking about that. I'm pretty new to the crypto thing, but it seems to me that an influx of money from a ton of small investors with a "buy and hold" mentality may have boosted the baseline value of doge in a way that isn't going away anytime soon. It seems to be holding...

No doge isn't a problem but I guess I got spoiled with RH not having fees. Not going to stick with RH no matter what, but it still sucks to have to move to a fee-based system. Is there a fee per transaction for crypto?

Deleting my RH account as soon as I can. Was going to set up on Fidelity, but they don't seem to do crypto. I'm thinking I'll do Fid for stocks and something else for crypto. Is there are general consensus on the best crypto platform?

So furious with RH right now. They are blocking every move I try and make. Limited me to 1 share of GME.... 1 share... 25 shares of AMC. If you guys see any class action stuff that looks legit please post it. I'm pissed.

Someone is always left holding the bag. That part is true but not remarkable. The "it's not a big deal" part feels false. So does the "it's all a scam by WSB" stuff. I'm certainly no expert. Just my opinion.

I've got money in my account and RH isn't letting me buy more doge... I'm so pissed at them right now.

I threw money at doge yesterday and I'm still at more than double. Going to hold onto it. Probably stupid. Pretty much all currency value is based on hype/belief anyway. I'm seeing a ton of appetite still out there for people trying to buy it but can't.

I use RH because I was already positioned there. Seems like you can still buy/sell Doge on RH. They removed the "trades may not be executed" language, which is good. Also heard the name Binance, but don't know much about it.

I've noticed the .08 wall too. Not sure why it's hitting that number, bouncing off, and rebounding back again. People are saying once this hits the Asia/India market as the wake up it's going to explode. But who knows. I'm on the train until at least a dollar per coin.

Mine too- but like I said earlier, they don't really have a conflict of interest with this crypto like they did with the other stuff. Who knows if that means anything though.. I had no idea that Elon musk was pushing dogecoin...

So I bought a bunch of Blackberry yesterday late afternoon. Woke up this morning and saw fucking RH is now disallowing people from buying BB. Wtf. Didn't even know that was possible. Got pissed, sold my BB at a slight loss. Read some stuff about Dogecoin and said "fuck it" and threw...

Dogecoin has been just as volatile as GME and friends and it's part of the WSB push. Like you said, the only difference is that RH doesn't have a controverting interest in Doge.

Funny. RH hasn't shut down dogecoin. I was able to buy 40k.

If there was any doubt that Robinhood was doing this to protect the big guys, all you need to look at is the fact that they are letting you sell meme stocks but not buy. They let me sell my BB, but I couldn't buy more.

Let me know if you do. I'll jump on board the suit. I bought stock yesterday and now it's tanking because Robinhood is blocking people from buying more.

See, you assume I'll know you're joking. But as far as I know you're being serious. Lucky for me I don't really know how to short anything anyway. If you can't do it on Robinhood I can't do it

So if we did think this was going to pop the bubble and send the market spiraling, what's the best way to take advantage of that? I have some -1x inverse etfs already. I'm not savvy at all though (if you couldn't tell). Buy more -1x inverse etfs? I don't really want to mess with the -2 or -3.

Invested a little in Blackberry while I wait for more funds to hit my account for this reason: much earlier in cycle, much lower buy in, company still has some promise regardless of all this craziness.
