You can buy level 60 armor/accessories/weapons with Tomestone of Poetics in Idyllshire(might be sold elsewhere, but I always go there to spend my poetics) that is iLevel 260 if you have any Poetics. Otherwise you'll upgrade your gear easily enough through questing.
