Can confirm the PS4 version definitely had framerate issues, even in the confined demo they were mostly letting people play. It wasn't super frequent, but some of the driving sections definitely hit sub 20 fps.

The performance on the PS4 (probably xbox as well?) was pretty lackluster. Even the Pax demo was tanking below 30 in places, and the terrain popin while driving was just horrible. Obviously can't say whether the PC version will be any good, but here's to hoping eh?

They've got a hands on pvp arena at Pax and it's pretty damn slick. Playing with a controller is miserable, but otherwise the combat seems great. Nothing really playable in terms of story so who knows there.

They definitely need to fix their balance issues before constructed play can even be taken seriously. They made the mistake that MTG avoided with rarities and there is very a obvious and perceivable power rampup in to their legendary cards.

I kind of wanted to start playing this again, but looking at how far behind I am I don't think I can. At least, not without throwing my wallet at the screen, and the amount it would cost to catch up on gnomes+blackwing+this new set is just absolute madness to me.
