Most viewers at this point are probably just a little bit lost and not knowing who to cheer for. The Starks from episode one have come off as the good guys and now none of them are in positions of power at all.

I was also glad that they didn't include Cat's lines to Robb urging him to make sure to eat bread for guest rights. If they had vocalized that in the show instead of just showing them eat, it would have been way too obvious.

I think Roose wearing chain armor under his celebratory clothing plus saying, "The Lannisters send their regards" right before stabbing Robb pretty much confirms he knew what was up.

Her character would definitely have more of an impact in the show if they didn't declaw her for some reason. They should have had her slit that northman's throat when she left Harrenhal instead of Jaqen cleaning up for her. Hopefully they will include the scene in the tavern where she kills...

Some guy on IMDB has posted that he watched the episode, and explained the ending scene in detail. Sounds pretty good. Chuk, increasing the showtime by 30 minutes would increase the needed budget by over 50% and this is already on the list of some of the most expensive TV shows ever.

Huge about-face? The changes are not that huge, they're nothing more than expected usability upgrades like any other OS would have. Many of the changes are much needed and probably coming too late, but it's not like MS is changing their overall vision here.

They don't render at 720p, but they're upscaled to it, and I'd bet $100 that your average mouth breather doesn't know the difference. Rendering at 1080p should be quite the difference, plus other graphical changes ofc.

Almost anything with a touch screen has SmartGlass available to it, so I don't think anyone will get device sales out of this. Just more of a demo on how you can avoid using a controller by using devices you likely already have. Browsing the internet using a phone for a keyboard > controller typing.

I don't think you have to. He was just trying to demonstrate what you can do with a smartphone / Smart Glass app. Those things are probably all possible with a controller as well, which he obviously avoided using for the sake of demonstration.

It's much more convenient to use two devices instead of one. Always.
