Yeah all class are either tank/dps or heal/dps. I'm not sure that will solve anything though, since the problem is that the majority of people don't like tanking or healing. I mean WoW had groups looking for tanks even though there were druids, warriors, dk, or paladin in the group already.

I agree, just saying that on a personal level it never was an issue. I generally play a tank, my best friend who usually plays with me is generally a healer so grouping is never an issue.

I never had any issues with hardcoded faction personally. I'm not saying it's a great idea and I absolutely want them in, but it's not something that has ever bothered me.

40 man raids is about the only thing I think is a bad idea. Especially considering most guilds now are setup for 10 or 25...it will require a lot of restructuring for some of the existing guild that will move to the game. No game is perfect.

It is rather amazing what being transparent about the development of the game can do for the community and how much of a positive effect it has on people. I'm fairly certain too that if carbine comes up a little short on their goals that the community will be more forgiving then to zenimax...

At this point disappointment is a given in this genre, still we can dream. I'm sure one of these there will 1 MMO that will deliver, it cannot be failures till the end of time...so why not this one.

I think people's opinion of the game will be largely dependant on if you come from an Elder Scroll background or a MMO background. It will also depend on how much you want the game to be like the Elder Scroll series or a regular MMO.
