Doing nothing makes the most sense for sure. There's a lot of negativity around WoW streamers. It could very well business sense to not reserve names.

He had a bunch of people trying to get the name for him plus he's got dollars. If he doesn't have it for launch I would be surprised. Honestly, I don't really have a problem with twitch streamers that have unique names being able to reserve one name on a single server.

I do think the system for mythic dungeons is a very reasonable compromise. There's at least some interaction (looking for X with Y scores), you are accepted or declined, a couple people need to actually run there and (in my experience) people are a little better behaved on the run itself.
