dragon age inquisition was the worst. They put a lot of best in slot items behind random chance spawns such that you are likely to see a minor % of those drops through a playthrough. It'd be like if Carsomyr had a 15% chance to drop in BG2. However it's trivial to save scum it. It's the worst...
Yep now fuck off and don't shit in my thread. Or I can make a new thread called "Whining about Fallout 4 without playing Fallout 4" and merge them in a month.
VATS might be more powerful later on when you get boosts to it but right now VATS is just not that good. At long/mid range it's garbage at low levels. At close ranger (which is where I used VATS before) the VATS DR is low and I don't have enough AP to get a lot of damage in. The change to make...
RIP Google Nexus LG 4. Spilled some water (not a lot!) and now it won't boot up. I took it apart, had a little bit of water in it and dried it and put it together and still won't boot. I am now letting it dry out for the day and will try it again tongiht but it doesn't look good.
What's a...
I really like the way robots slowly change their gameplay elements. Just blew off the arms from a mr. handy to see what would happen and he glowed red and tried to rub up on me, lol.
Also anyone else totally unenthused with how crit works in this game? I don't use VATs most of the time and feel locked out of a huge part of the game. Or maybe I don't understand the system and can crit outside of vats and just don't notice it?
wow.
Time to set my graphics to min and just blaze through the game!!
BTW: If anyone is dumb like me and trying to make the game harder by maxing INT, I found some INT gear
yeah the muzzle attachments can have a "no mod" option, but the stock, receiver, magazine, barrel, sights etc I can't. I don't want to have a gun without a receiver, I just want to get the receiver and the gun can be damned.
Just had a quest that spawned some mobs when player progressed it. I reloaded a save right before the quest progression and got a legendary mob instead of trash mobs before. So it might be possible to save scum. I tried save scumming the item drops but that didn't work (thankfully, I hate save...
I'm on survivalist, it's about as hard as I remember FO3 being on very hard.
Anyone know if you can harvest mods from weapons you find without building a new stock mod for them?
instructions on how to fix the fov, mouse movement, skip intro screens etc:
Steam Community :: Guide :: Unlock Frame Rate, Change FOV, Skip Intro Video, Unlock Console, 21:9 Support and Remove Mouse Acceleration + Other Fixes
lol, fucking hackroach handing out goditems
Is there no way to wait in this game? I swear everytime I fast travel it's dark out and this isn't FONV with Project Nevada so I can't use improved sight cybernetics to make dark gameplay fun.
More because im curious than to be funny.
It makes a retarded giggle when it triggers lol. I can imagine a one i t playthrough being fun if it triggers every ten xp events.
oh and +int consumables also increase exp, I got 204 instead of 195 with a +2 mentats (to get 12INT) so... 150 * 2 * 0.03 = 9 more, yeah that's right, it scales linearly above 10. Time to get some INT gear.
and endurance is 100% retroactive. I leveled with 3 endurance and ended with some HP value, then cranked it to 10END and ended up with 167. I then reloaded to a prior save, set Endurance to 10 and leveled and arrived at 167 again.
I calculated INT to give 3% more XP per point.
I got 155XP from a quest with 1 INT and 195XP from a quest with 10INT.
I'm rolling with 10 and idiot savant. I've gotten one hit so far from planting in my garden, totally worth it!
