PvE catch-up isn't a thing. PvP catch-up is something that varies alot. If you're in a newer guild and fight T1 nodewars, then full DUO gear is the norm, and TRI makes you a mini-god. If you're in a T3/Siege guild, TRI is the norm, and TET makes you barely over the cap. I'm still playing daily.

The Karma lost when flagging up and PKing another player has increased. 60,000 Karma → 120,000 Karma. G. fucking. G. =(

Elites are found in pretty much all areas (and levels) of the game, they are just tougher versions of the same thing in general. The first real concentration of Elite class mobs your find in game are Rogues and Manes and Mediah, so they start at around level 50. These are your starter elites...

In short, Lava field adds to your aggro cap. So a pet + lava/poison + player = fuck tons (24) of mobs. Meanwhile, us shitters are aggro capped on 8 mobs.

There are no enchantment perks added to guilds. Were you thinking of the +3 fishing/gathering and trading perks?

Valks are in a pretty good spot right now. Sure, you're gear sucks beyond measure but it's a good start.

Full red no penalities in the desert areas, if you're killed as a Outlaw you get sent to jail, which you can wait out the timer or run the gauntlet to escape.
