So I farmed every pair of hunter 'recovery' boots in the game (I think) and none of them have any recovery on them.

Oh okay. Uriel's is definitely good for PvP but I was also doing well with Martyr's Make, the big magazine size makes it really easy to get double kills in PvP, and the damage difference is not that much, and has a higher ROF Not sure which I like best.

Just buy the Dell 27 inch sync for now, its not that expensive if you shop around, and you can probably resell it or re-purpose it when something better comes out. It's not IPS but it looks absolutely fantastic in ULMB mode.
