I think that quest is by intent like this. Aside skinning a few exp and maybe leveling your weapoon skill a couple of levels after hours there IMO its a non issue. Its nopt like your exp farming there or getting mad lewtz.

From waht I have been seeing most if not all Nameds drop something good BOP. Sometimes blues, sometimes purps and sometimes even legos. Just a matter of staying there to farm them.
