MATIC, my man. I bought in 35k at 70 cents. I just sold it at $2.15 earlier. There was various trades inbetween but that’s where my massive profits came from. That 70 cent buy in was about 2 weeks ago if memory serves. I’m going to buy back into it soon.

It’s flagging a bit...right now I could +2000 matic from earlier but I’m going to wait. I feel like we frequently get dip situations around 9:30 PST (famous last words.) profit is profit this week!

My thought process is, even if I lose a little bit by buying back in at a higher cost than what I exited, I’ll take the peace of mind at the moment. I’m already up huge over the past two weeks.

I’m currently sitting on $105,000 in USDC. I feel like the market is gonna go down a bit again before going back up. And this time, I’m ready for you, you son of a bitch. And if it doesn’t go down, I don’t give a shit at this point. Feels good to be sitting on some cash that isn’t going anywhere.

Still got all mine. I'll say it's tempting to trade it for ETH as I could get almost 40 of them right now, but MATIC a week from now could very well be $3. Who knows what this rebound is going to look like.

The bottom for a lot of things only lasted seconds in some cases. Network was just too overloaded to quickly process...and if by the time it gets around to processing if the price difference is above a threshold it'll reject.

To be fair Binance does this all the time even when there isn't a major event, which is a great reason to be leery of it. I'm glad I moved to my hardware wallet weeks back.

Thanks...I was aware of the implications of having to have a computer online all the time, etc. I could manage that easy enough (though I don't particularly love the idea of whatever penalties you get if you're knocked offline by disaster or something.)

Question... How big of an advantage is it to stake your own 32+ Ethereum vs. the pools where people have lower numbers? Is it substantially more interest? Just advantageous because you aren't committing your coins to someone else?

I'm thinking about it this way... Ethereum 2.0 fully coming into play is like what, a couple of years off? Even more than that? Less? Polygon / L2 in general is going to become ensconced in the world of crypto before Ethereum itself solves what L2 does. By the time Ethereum is as cheap to use...

My play...I got a $30,000 loan of USDT from $2.38 MATIC...converted it to MATIC...now I'm going to wait for MATIC to get up to 4, if not 5 (depending on how strong it looks) and repay the loan. If MATIC goes up to 5, I'll net around 6000 coins.

I say keep it. It’s gonna go up to $4-5 within a couple / few weeks in my opinion, might start to go slower from there. At least that’s what I would do.
