Guess it depends on who's voting. Some might see a vote for Zeke as a nod to the O line, others might think he shouldn't get as much credit because he's doing what he's doing behind that O line.

Redskins' Trent Williams suspended four games

Zeke might have a chance if he rushes for over 2k. Problem there is everyone is always going to give the O line a lot of the credit. Although truthfully, they clearly would deserve some of it.

Wtf. Trent Williams suspended 4 games. Substance Policy shit. God damnit.

This is true, and like you noted lets see how he does against Denver, but by any measure he's just destroying it. Obviously he's not going to throw 0 picks the whole year. At least...probably not.

I mean, right now Brady is on pace to just missing throwing for 4k yards (3,957)...in only 12 games. With 36 TD's and 0 picks. While completing over 73% of his passes.

Pats I know will get to play Denver, which will be fun to watch (that damn sure better be a primetime game). And I mainly meant Ryan was killing the rest of the league with his efficiency stats (passer rating, QBR)..and Brady has so far taken those numbers that were beating the shit out of...

I had to lol at the behind the line of scrimmage part.

I thought Ryan might be doing it, but then Brady came back and shot his numbers out of the water.

Thanks for the shout out Ambi :) Skins did run up 432 yards of offense that day, and have a much higher chance of winning if Cousins doesn't throw that pick in the end zone. Although I think the Cowboys have gotten a lot better since that game, so Thanksgiving will be a lot of fun. Any...

Don't think the Eagles are that much ahead of the Wild Card pack (and it's huge in the NFC). But agreed that Dallas and Atlanta look like best in the NFC at the moment. Agree on NE and Denver, think next tier has Steelers (when Ben is healthy), Raiders, and Chiefs. Chargers offense good...

Moron celebrating instead of picking up the ball just in case.

    NFL 2016 - <whatever Tony is doing>

This is what gives me hope against the Vikings for the Skins. Vikings' O line isn't great at all, and the few times our D has looked decent this year is when the pass rush is getting home. I feel like our offense can put up some yards and points even against their D too.

I think it's safe to say you guys will be targeting some pass catchers in the next couple drafts.

Although just read that Pederson said they aren't going to add a receiver at deadline.

    NFL 2016 - <whatever Tony is doing>

I remember a couple high balls that were dropped, like I said, you'd still want your receivers to catch those, but they weren't perfect throws. Wouldn't be surprised if you guys were calling the Bears about Alshon today. I just hope the price is too high.
  17. Merrith

    NFL 2016 - <whatever Tony is doing>

Some of those drops were on throws that were pretty high. Probably still should catch them, but Wentz wasn't hitting guys in the numbers on every throw all night.

    NFL 2016 - <whatever Tony is doing>

Given when they played, Moss and Rice's numbers are pretty damn sick.

    NFL 2016 - <whatever Tony is doing>

Granted, Eagles did make some mistakes, but Dak kinda handed you guys the middle of the game. But overall Dallas pretty much dominated every stat.

Think Dak redeemed himself just fine. Shit. Was hoping the Eagles would win.

Was a nice job to hold onto it once defenders were trying to knock it out, that's for damn sure. Strong hands.

Christ man, The Beast is going to be back. We need to beef up our D seriously to stay competitive.

You were saying? This game got a hell of a lot better.
  25. Merrith

    NFL 2016 - <whatever Tony is doing>

Well, right now the QB's look about where they got drafted. But still 1 score game. Dak and Dallas came out so strong, total 180 since.

    NFL 2016 - <whatever Tony is doing>

I mean, Hopkins somewhere near the top of the league in touchbacks and he's hitting a 55 yarder short. I'm fine if he misses that left or right from that far, but short? Really? It wasn't from 60+. The 31 yarder he hooked to win it in OT was shorter than the XP Nugent missed. And at least...

    NFL 2016 - <whatever Tony is doing>

A tie was deserved for that shit show, send everyone home pissed. Either win it or don't, neither team did enough to win it and neither team did enough bad to lose it. Is what it is. Just make the kick. Oh well.
  28. Merrith

    NFL 2016 - <whatever Tony is doing>

I'm still pissed and shaking my head. My bar opened early to show the game and I had to watch that shit? Yet another win given away. Not that it wasn't a good overall game, but should have been up a good bit more than 3 at half, and to choke that kick was just unreal. Kick a ton of...

The fuck? Calling the 1980 Raiders cheaters? Also zero proof Pats were cheating back then, and no matter what Mcnabb was going to choke if the game ever got close.

I will say this though Eomer, McDavid just made Carlson look like he was standing in mud in the 3rd period on rush that led to a goal. Speed teams kill our D, and the fact we don't have a true stud 1D...even though certain people will try to make you believe Carlson is, he isn't. And Niskanen...

    NFL 2016 - <whatever Tony is doing>

No, the idea that his deal is only getting lost behind the D while Ben scrambles for big plays gets shot down by pointing out he leads the entire league in receptions. I mean, Ben isn't scrambling around every play. Also how are you measuring red zone success? Brown's TD total kind of...

    NFL 2016 - <whatever Tony is doing>

I was mainly focusing on the idea that AB was NOT the best route runner in football. He is. Saying it's only about big plays getting lost behind the defense doesn't take into account the fact that he's led the NFL in receptions the last 2 years. He's not a one trick pony. As for Green and...

    NFL 2016 - <whatever Tony is doing>

No, he's really not. Not only does the common sense of everyone else who "watches football" think you're wrong, but I defer to this article from PFF. The NFL’s 10 most unstoppable forces #2 on the list. Saying they have to rely on Green's route running to beat man to man is dumb. Not that...
