I'm not surprised that Relic Shield is overpowered. I've been waiting to build that thing for weeks. What I'm surprised about is that it didn't even take a single day for it to be the full meta. It's impressive, really. Good work on the part of the community on this one.

If you run exp quints you can do buff, buff, one small wolf and be level 3. Also red + golems + wraiths is level 3. If you have Zilean on your team you can do buff buff and be level 3.
