Is it better to stack the same effect from your Azerite gear or go for breadth? Effects that do things like proc 25 stacks of a buff that decays seems like it would be a waste on multiple pieces.

Had something weird happen. Finished a fourth WQ in Drustvar and the Emissary quest, which was still 2 days away from expiring, just vanished. No completion, no 'go see Quartermaster Alcorn' no nothing. Double checked and I did not get the reputation for it either.
