When I was leveling my Conj/WHM to level 30, it was actually kind of fun to heal in this game. I'm not sure what it is because it isn't much different from WoW. I always hated healing in WoW when I was dungeon spamming with my Shaman.

There is like 3 or 4 mounts, some minions, transmog stuff, triad cards, and some other stuff to spend MGP on.

I guess in the next expansion they are expanding how much you can store. I'm not sure how much more, but it's supposed to be sizeable. I wish they would just copy the WoW system. It's so much better.

I remember Asmon saying Blizzard used to send out press kits or something to streamers, and they would never send him anything. I think he was telling Richie or Efsand about it. If Torghast had better rewards, it might not feel like such a chore. Dust isn't much of a carrot to chase after. Legendaries aren't much to chase after too. They are temporary things. The true loot of WoW is mounts and pets because they'll last forever through multiple expansions.
