Trust me on this one: Tanks are abso-fucking-lutely in need. If you really enjoy it, then by all means get into the game and start leveling up. Watch videos on Tank gear/strategies. There are lots of wannabe Tanks who just piss people off. Being a good one will earn you a rep.

So I went ahead and loaded up the game. It's almost 10pm (Central) my time and the two servers I have characters on are: Valhalla (Level 60) with 1 person in Queue and Lilith (Level 9) with 500 people in Queue. Maramma has 1600 people in Queue. Man, did I pick the wrong servers back in the day...
