No this is an historical period piece. Magic, dragons, all lost because we started relying too much on technology. Fruit is important to the integrity of the story.
I'm not a big fan of the show, but Kumquats? Really? Come on now
It was midcopse where it happened to me as well. Playing on PC this time around. First 2 playthroughs were on PS4 with pretty much the same experience.
Yea the icons disappear when the merchant isn't there but there is also some wonky behavior with the icons on the map for sure. I was playing this morning and a blacksmith I wanted to sell to was standing in front of me wailing on his anvil but I couldn't interract with him and his icon wasn't...
I've only ever played on Death March and the game is easy even with no potions or decoctions.
This is a very silly semantics argument. Potions and Decoctions are two entirely different categories in Witcher 3. So when he asked about potions I didn't think he meant "alchemy" in general, I...
When talking about alchemy builds they don't use potions, they use decoctions. You can't really use both because of toxicity limits and it is always better to use decoctions to hit the toxicity limit than potions.
I'm assuming you're talking about Euphoria though. Lol impregnate?
Decoctions yes, but those aren't potions. Potions are short duration and don't really add much (like Thunderbolt). Decoctions are great. The only potion I ever find myself using is Swallow (that's the healing one right?)
I've payed to sub to certain channels for a month here and there when I'm trying to learn more about the game and the channel/streamer has good info and interacts well with the audience, answering questions and such. That's a worthwhile service.
Potions generally aren't worth using outside of utility potions like Cat which give you night vision. If you're on PC you can mod but on PS4/XBox you just gotta rely on memory. The inventory in this game is piss poor and there are a TON of consumables and crafting items.
I have eventually stopped using every cleaning service I've ever hired because they simply didn't do a good job. It's actually really hard to find a good cleaner.
When I was remodeling my first floor apartment I had a cleaner come in to scrub everything down after the work was done. Everything...
In the USA it's more like, get appproved for X, found something for 1.25 X that's the "perfect dream home", either just be given the financing anyway or be told about this wonderful, and totally not shady thing called an 80/20 mortgage.
You have to understand, when you only have one women not doing anything it's your fault and you have to make sure you keep dating her to keep her happy. But you can't date 2 women. Well... not normally anyway and definitely not when they live in the same house!
You're also gonna have to spend money on "play dates" or "outdoor time" or some other bullshit for the scheduled cleaning times. Because there is no way those two women are gonna sit in the house while someone else is cleaning it. Well maybe they will, if they are completely shameless.
"Okay...
I'm not talking about variable interest rates. Come to America where you can get a fixed rate 30 year mortgage for ~4% and see if you understand what that actually means for your payments.
When you walk into a bank in France and get a 200k loan at 25% you know exactly what you're getting...
There was someone talking about the incredible state of lending in certain European countries in either this thread or the home buying thread recently. The terms seemed outrageous to me as an American.
Does France amortize their mortgages? There are so many variables to mortgage lending in the...
How old are you by the way? I'm 37, and I didn't buy my first house until after the crash (late 2008). So the people buying during the early 2000s are all older than me and weren't part of the generation you seem to be taking issue with. So how do you explain that?
I am guessing you spend far too much time in threads like gamergate on this forum and think all colleges only offer bullshit degrees and the youth of today is stupid, entitled and doomed.
Every generation thinks the generation following them will be the end of the world.
Algebra is middle school math and your "College Algebra" is the same middle school math. Try to keep up.
Colleges shouldn't even be accepting students that need a "College Algebra" course in their freshman year. It is literally the basis of math.
x + 3 = 9. What's x?
College Algebra? Are you being serious right now?
College Algebra, A.K.A Algebra... A.K.A You weren't really paying attention were you? We'll take your money!
If you want to talk about something like Applied Linear Algebra then fine but you were just bemoaning bad education and bullshit...
Are you under the impression retirees are hoping to stay in the same area and home they've been living in during their employed career? And that retirement is only about entertainment income? If you never buy you must be poor and can't afford to retire? Jesus bud...
What 16 year old knows what they want to do, what they should do, and what the financial impact of that decision even means? Even if you try to educate them they aren't going to listen.
People weren't taking ARM loans with the intent to refi or flip, they were being sold ARM loans as if they...
Cleaning services (good ones) are the best. I can keep my house neat, but I hate the deep cleaning Kirun is talking about. Really scrubbing and moving shit to get the crap that falls between the cracks. Tidy doesn't mean clean. I have no problem staying tidy, but I want someone else to actually...
This is a very reductive view of what caused the problem. Did some people fall into the trap of buying more than they could afford? Sure. But mortgage lending has been a predatory practice for many years now (still is) and many mortgage brokers will purposely try to make people lead with their...
Sorry but I don't agree with any of this. And this line of thinking is what led people to make poor choices in the early 2000s leading into the housing market crash and ensuing recession. it ignores so many of the real factors associated with homeownership that renters never have to worry about...
