Daybreak's current offering isn't recreating old content. Daybreak is producing a server that is modern EQ with expansions turned off. It's not about microtransactions or LDoN or LoY. Go get a beer with Elidroth and you two can talk about how you know why people would want to play old EQ.

Welcome back and congratulations! She's a Paladin, so pro/shellga and Gaia Cross are good mitigation options. Saint Cross is a solid go-to option but caps at just 20k per action.

Sazh doesn't suck anymore - Machinist got good. Ramza's Legend Materia is great, but if you aren't looking at that, Sazh's magic blink and Machinist skillset might be better than Ramza's (or forget about getting DPS from their own skills and use em for entrust).

Just installed this. Gameplay is fun, pace is neat. Lots of RPG elements that I can't be bothered with. With the launch of season 2, I got a free 6* dragon unit with all 3-6* set gears that obliterates everything. Plus the main character got bumped up to 5*.

There are so many flight masters and the 5 min whistle - flying will be a small QOL update. I'm not farming the rep and even have unfinished Suramar chains.

None. The only 7* stuff I have is reforged base 4* gear. I use BSB's more than abilities really.
