There are no enchantment perks added to guilds. Were you thinking of the +3 fishing/gathering and trading perks?

Riiiight, things make a little more sense now. So, 8 hours in, and my 76 play is terrible at 1.3, D.Va is better at 2.8, and Reaper is 3.3. I was looking at my overall scores, and I've spent a fair amount of time on Mercy and Lucio as a fill.
