That's my experience as well. I'm at about 1/4 to 1/3 and it seems like it just a matter of time already. I regularly whip armies 2x my size or more. Sometimes several in a row. Early on, it looked like the kingdom I joined was going to fold though.

Played it one night and found that I had worse lag/framerate issues than in SP sieges. Performance seems to have gotten a little better in SP so I might have to check it out again.

Has anyone figured out a reliable method of identifying what kind of business will do well in a city? It is supposed to be based on what is being supplied by the bound villages but it seems to be more random than that.

What do you see as fundamentally wrong? The only thing I can think of is the skill system. It's terrible and should be scrapped. Everything else seems like it just needs to be fleshed out, fixed, and balanced.

I'm up to 2 cities plus a castle and making a shitload of money. Second city keeps getting besieged and on the current one I keep convincing the attacker army to stop and game crashes every time. On hold. I've had up to 700k in cash and it feels like it becomes less useful later on.
