You can beat the game without levelling at all so don't worry too much about it. Usually grinding doesn't help in the tradition rpg style. Mostly you just git gud. I find most of my increased kill speed comes from knowing the enemies better and upgrading my weapons.

So on my hidden prot warrior appearance the purple appearance for 1000 enemy players killed randomly unlocked. I don't pvp and this character is new for this expansion. Don't do pvp world quests and have 120 Hks total. Any ideas why? Also it unlocked while I was logged off...
