Tony also had tons of data on the mind stone from its time in Vision's head as well as whatever information the various factions on Earth had for the space stone. As ridiculous as him wielding a fully powered gauntlet is, it does make sense that he'd be able to craft a glove to keep their powers...

Pretty sure the way the movie puts it, any time you jump the timelines separate. So Cap jumped back to what would have been an EQUIVALENT point in their timeline 70+ years back, but anything from the instant he arrives until he jumps back has ZERO consequence on the MCU timeline.

so since they know where all infinity stones are at some point in the past whats to stop them from time travel snapping any problem? they still have the time machine tech at the end of the movie, so....

I think it's safe to say Thor and Cap stole the show for this movie. Rocket a very very close third. I did enjoy how easter eggs from the comics (like the above Cap quote) and fan stuff (Asguardians of the Galaxy) made it in.

I know a few people that don't like the crowds and plan on going during the week next week, so I think it'll make a lot next week too compared to normal dropoff percentages.

You touched on it but yeah, I think we're done with pure solo films at this point. The only truly good one was the original Iron Man. I'm not counting Spider-Man films in there because of the oddball deal Disney/Marvel has with Sony involving those.

I pulled for em last year though I was pretty apathetic because seeing an expansion team win its first year would have also been pretty cool. Also I did my one evil deed for the decade by cheering the Eagles last year, can only do those stunts so often.
