Health augment is great all around. I think the healing is tied to the weapon anmiation frames/speed so weapons like the greatsword get big heals but there's the whole thing of landing those hits. I use it on a lance and its a noticeable amount with every poke.

Yeah man, setup the kids PS4 as the primary so it gets the licenses then the main account (you) can log into any ps4 and use the licenses there as well. There are a few exceptions (fuck you Ubisoft) but most games are fine, including MHW.

Yeah at 1080p performance might be the way to go. Once you go 4k though its hard to give up that fidelity.

Digital Foundry tech review says otherwise. I've also found while playing MHW its just not worth performance mode since it caps out in MAYBE the mid 40s FPS but the fluctuations are super annoying.

Dude once you learn lance its not awkward at all and one of my favorite weapons. Do the charge a LOT, not for the charge hits themselves but the charge + triangle(?) hit and the charge turn around hit do some really nice damage. Also the charge jumping hit and its crazy good for mounting.
