Am I correct assuming the modem is a combo modem/router? If so I would highly suggest getting a separate router whenever you can. Are any of the PCs on a wired connection? If so does the problem persist when everything is disconnected from wifi and there are only wired connections?
I consider myself lucky that I ended up a Chargers fan. My dad has been a lifelong Browns fan, but my mom is from San Diego and her brother sent me a Humphries jersey when I was a kid. Between that and the team having guys named Junior Seau and Marion Butts, how was I to resist?
I checked the specs on your mobo and it says it has a m.2 slot. I would use the 970 evo for just the OS and maybe a game or two, with the old SSD getting the rest of your games and the HDD being where you put docs, media and the few games that don't need a SSD.
If you have the budget for it, I would at least get a small m.2 drive for your OS. A 250 GB Samsung 960 evo can be had for under $100. This will save you some pain down the road.
You're going to need to reinstall windows. Ideally you should have a small SSD with just windows and a few other programs on it, with everything else on a larger SSD and/or HDD. When you put everything together, install just the boot drive and install windows on to that. Once that is up and...
Come up with a better alternative and it can be done.
I'm ready to be disappointed by the Chargers again. Good team on paper, some bad injuries already. We will probably have another mediocre to bad first half of the season, then turn things around just enough to contend for a wild card spot...
Wired is the best way to go whenever possible.
While I could live off 25 mbps, I'm glad things are no longer that slow when I'm downloading 25-50 GB games off of Steam. I just wish I had more options to increase upload. With Spectrum I have to upgrade to their 400 mbps service to get more than...
The game even tells you that real yakuza use a gamepad. You're a real yakuza aren't you?
Only got to mess around with 0 on PC for about 15 minutes, but it runs well for me on an 8700K, 16GB RAM, and 970 GTX.
Yeah, the video card is the main issue there. I would get a 10 series or wait a bit for an 11 then you can keep going for another year or two before rebuilding everything else.
My only argument against that monitor would be it only having a 100hz refresh rate. Being an ultrawide 1440p monitor it would probably be fairly hard to hit 100 fps without dialing down the graphics a bit though. It's pretty much up to personal preference.
Have some specific monitors in mind? Refresh rates? What are the specs on your computer?
Personally, I would lean towards the 1080p if it's 144hz so you can push the frame rate as close to that as possible. A 1440p might be a good middle ground.
I used to use a wired 360 controller, but now I use a DS4. Steam supports it on windows so you no longer have to get 3rd party software to make it work. I just with more devs would include the option to use DS4 button prompts in their games.
Track season is here, so for the next 6 weeks I get to take the long way home from work to avoid the increased traffic and waiting for horses to cross the street.
Looks good to me. Kingmaker was a solid adventure path that my friends and I played through a few years ago. The kingdom management part got a bit tedious at times, but having the game keep track of that should help a lot.
If you check the insert media option, Google Maps isn't listed in the supported media, so I'm guessing it won't work without an addon. I bet @Archeron could tell you more.
Did they remove that retarded altitude floor so you can actually fly low to the ground like they do in that video? That shit infuriated me before I uninstalled it.
Edit: Apparently I asked this a year ago and they did remove it.
