    Oh no I agree. We have heroic EN on farm and normal tov was easy. Heroic TOV seemed way too hard for a heroic guild. It didn't feel like progression from EN. It felt like +1

    Probably or at least equal. It was super overtuned before. Most notable was p2 was super quick and P3 the spears were an absolutely joke Also because we did the fight so much we basically know the entire encounter in and out.
