I first played it over 30 years ago. Back then it was ground breaking. It does need a ff7 remake treatment.

What I can't believe is that this game is now being considered one of the all time great RPGs. This game is no where close to games like Skyrim, Cyberpunk, Dragon Age Origins - hell even Chrono Trigger (yes, I'm not crazy referencing CT).

I stopped playing after I smashed my head a few times on the last boss. I'll pick it up and try to finish the game whenever I'm bored and have nothing better to do. I can't wait to be done with this timed-button-pressing bullshit.

Indo I don't play RPGs for a finger/timing workout. The most I'll do will be first player RPGs I've mentioned.

I'm having a hard time with the parry dodge shit in this game. It's stalling me from keeping me engaged with this game. Are all turn based RPGs going down this route now? If so, I'd rather just stick to the first person RPGs like Cyberpunk, Skyrim etc
