My Demon Hunter was in 700 iLevel only invasion gear, I think I have replaced everything by now with 705-725 or so gear in the first zone, at 3/4 into 102.

It's fairly impressing that a 12 years old game is still generating this much interest when releasing an expansion, or maybe it's rather depressing that the state of the genre is such that a 12 years old game releasing an expansion is the most exciting thing happening. :) That said...this day...

Well, I finished Val'Shara, nice story there, they are hard on some notable NPCs in this expansion. I'm almost 103, I was doing the dungeon to finish the story...did the first 2 bosses then the lag started, I think they are being DDoS again, so I stopped since it's late and I have to work...

I managed to squeeze in 2 hours before I had to go to work this morning. I did the Demon Hunter artifact, and went to Val'Shara. Zone is nothing special visually since it's just a forest type zone. The story so far is quite good. Managed to do the first Inscription quest while in Val'Shara...

The hype level is real. I don't think I've seen any article, or anyone saying negative things about Legion, everyone seems very excited. I guess coming off what might be the worse expansion helps. I don't think I've been this hyped about a WoW expansion since WotLK.

Since it's now in beta, Steparu got in as usual and made some videos. Visuals are amazing, gameplay looks to be typical Diablo type game but MMO, looks to have a lot of in game cinematics. Probably very far from release over here, but looks promising...worse case it will be a nice distraction...

I think one of the first thing you do in Legion is get your artifact weapon. It's a very easy solo quest.

I'm planning on Friday off, and with Monday being labor day...that's a 4 day Legion Session. :)

I tried watching this and made it to about episode 7 or so in season 1 before i gave up on it. It's a well written show, it's just that I find every character unlikable, and kinda depressing.

I enjoyed it enough to finish season 1, but not enough to make me want to watch more of it. Unless somehow the reviews for season 2 are way better, I'll be skipping it.

I would second what Cinge said, pick a class/spec you enjoy playing first and foremost. The performance of each isn't that far apart that unless you're going for the high end mythic dungeons or raids it won't matter much. If you're going to play a lot, might as well be something you enjoy...no...

Well played on the PTR, did my 10 placement matches...it was horrible. :) 3-7, Got silver ranking. God I love the no sudden death anyone. Didn't have single Tie, but got a few games going into time bank...so much better than sudden death, simply love that change.

Yeah Tracer can be a pain, had one against me once that didn't get that many elimination, but was harassing our backs like crazy. Noone was able to kill her, she kept the team split...because we had to chase her, when we tried ignoring her...she would just kill the healer, or use a Pulse Bomb...

I would love for the entire game to have level scaling. They could easily use the entire for World Quests, and other things...rather than be limited to farming the same 4-5 zones for a 2 year period each expansion. It would open tons of possibility.

The thing with Genji is that in the hand of a highly skilled player, he was very OP. It's just that he wasn't that bad in the end of most people. A lot of those change I feel won't affect regular players who probably didn't use the triple jump technique, or the combo very well. Time will tell...
