Frailty should be up from Cursed Scythe too. But I guess if you're speed running and not using, then that would probably work best. For GRs, I would go with the Decrepify stun rune.

The Cursed Scythe rune will put up Decripify reliably. The Aura of Fraility seems redundant with Cursed Scythe, seems like there would be a better option for that skill slot.
