Most of the people responding so far have considered the more obvious result... jealousy and bitterness over the realization that maybe it wasn't a good idea. But sometimes people need change to keep their interest. There are plenty of divorced men in this thread or men with kind of crappy...
Lindz is already married. Tanoomba won't be of any help.
By the way now we know Lindz was googling "Cuck" and that's when Rerolled came up. The GamerGate thread is ruining this place.
I disagree with this but we've had this conversation many times before in several threads. Everyone's opinion stems mostly from their own experience in the field.
All of that is true except:
1) It's arguable that you get any kind of real world expertise from a classroom (meaning anything you'll be able to apply at your job with any kind of expertise day 1). You also don't learn all that much considering the amount of time a semester takes in the grand...
Yes, but that's true for anything. In order to use something you need to know how it works. In order to know how data structures work you can spend 2 hours on google and know everything you need to use the built in functionality of whatever language you're working with. But we all know how I...
Oh god, having to change core functionality at even an if/else level? No thanks. I was under the impression they just provided a suite of functionality that you had to add a variable or parameter to here and there. Sounds like you guys are completely changing the entirety of the functionality if...
This makes no sense to me. Are you saying that you have to have the source code and know exactly how everything works to use any third party libraries?
Glad to hear about the druid changes. Maybe I'll go back to having the druid as my main (which it always was until WoD made all of their specs except resto crap to play)
Kinda 6 on one hand a half dozen on the other. I know a few people (my grandparents included) who got completely screwed by prop management companies who weren't doing anything other than collecting a paycheck. My grandparents company didn't even enforce their strict no pets rule. One of their...
After getting 10 garrisons and shipyards up and running since February I think I've got down the best way to approach maxing them out the fastest. But my method requires flying because it involves farming Radiating Apexis Shards in Tanaan Jungle.
The buildings I recommend are Barracks lvl1...
So... I guess it really depends on the people you're friends with? All of my friends have kids. I am literally the only single one with no attachments. They have big open kitchens with islands and it's actually pretty nice because they put a shit ton of food out on there and yes we do hang out...
Not that it isn't a silly thing to say but I do have friends that are constantly having people over their house. Multiple days a week and especially on the weekends.
I have a riding mower. The allure wears off real fast and drinking a beer isn't a great idea as I learned the hard way unless you put it in a covered water bottle. Lots of dust and debris gets in there. I was really bummed by that when I tried to crack a cold one the first time I went out on the...
Big houses feel like big yards to me. Great at first for all the extra space and things you can do but then it turns into a maintenance and cleaning nightmare.
Seems like a good idea on paper but almost never works out that way. This kind of thing can easily ruin your own relationships with whoever vouched for them if it doesn't work out. On the one hand you get more information about the person than you could through more traditional background and...
Cauliflower is one of those things that most people just boil and make terribly. I mean... it's not good if you just steam or boil it, at all. But when you roast it all these flavors come out and it's magical.
I have no personal experience with commercial real estate. The only knowledge I have comes from a few guys I golf with that are big players in the commercial real estate business. They all prefer warehouses when it's a good building with a good lease because there is just way less maintenance...
Sounds to me more like she's completely bonkers, doesn't take care of the pet at all and then uses it as an excuse to try to completely domineer his time. Thus his mention of not being able to go to jiu-jitsu.
Pretty reasonable to want to cut ties with that kind of behavior if that's the case.
The way you explain it makes it sound an awful lot like the contractor and insurance adjuster are in bed together.
1) Contractors don't typically deal directly with insurance companies until you as the homeowner have gone through the claim process and it's time to get a cost estimate.
2) You...
Welp, this g910 is already acting up. Shift key doesn't register sometimes. Other times it stays "stuck" on push down (the button isn't actually stuck down, but shift keeps getting sent to whatever client/window I'm using at the time).
It's a theory, it's not a spoiler. The two of you aren't too bright are you? If you don't like people posting theories on TV Shows you probably just stay off the internet.
Bah!
I have 10 garrisons going and only just this week did it finally pop up on one of my characters... my newest 100... who only has a 49% chance of success with his best current team.
I'm not sure what you mean by this. Anyway, if you're looking to spend money on 5 residential properties I think you're better suited buying a commercial property Cad. One building to manage instead of 5 and no families so you don't have to worry about whatever absurd tenant laws Texas may have...
We should probably move the discussion to a different thread but $3k/yr in maintenance and upkeep costs seems like a pretty big understatement. Does it only cost you $3k/yr to keep your own home up? Catastrophes like weather related nonsense or just major appliance failures/tenants royally...
So many things can go wrong with a building in general. With residential properties that are still mortgaged the profit margins are very thin in most markets and you have to worry about major catastrophes at a property. The more properties you have the more you have to deal with.
Even if...
